EVICTION GUARANTEE
- Our belief in the strength of our tenant screening processes allow us to offer you the following guarantee: South Florida Realty Management will personally reimburse you up to $1,000 in the event of a tenant eviction to help cover eviction expenses.
CONTRACT GUARANTEE
- Long term contracts are scary, so we’ve created a cancellable property management agreement – because we believe we should earn your business everyday.
RENT DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
- We know you want your money fast! So we electronically transfer your tenant’s rent into your bank account no later than the 20th day of each month.
MANAGEMENT FEE GUARANTEE
- We believe that if we can't collect the rent - then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due. If your property is vacant and not producing income, we do not charge any management fees!
LEASING FEE GUARANTEE
- You don't owe us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease AND money paid from the tenant.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE
- Don't risk a lawsuit! We train for and strive daily to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

- As an owner-client you enjoy reduced fees whenever you buy and sell properties with us. We have closed tens of millions of dollars of real estate sales exclusively for our owner-clients.
24/7 ONLINE REPORTS
- We provide you with your own secure online owner portal to access monthly financial statements, inspection reports, invoice copies, tax reports, rental history, and more all with a click of a mouse.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
- We perform periodic exterior property inspections and at least one annual walkthrough interior inspection prior to any annual lease renewal.
REPAIR CENTER
- The reported number one reason tenants leave rentals (causing owners vacancy, rehab, and leasing expense) is poor repair support from their “landlord”. We’ve invested in trained maintenance staff and our 24/7 Repair Center is always open to help protect your property.
REPAIR SURVEYS
- To ensure repairs are done properly we follow up with tenants AFTER repair tasks are completed by vendors to ensure everything is correct and tenants are satisfied.
Accounting Services

- 1.Allow multiple forms of payment for residents (E-check, Debit, Credit, Paper check).
- 2.Collect all Rents due and deposit monies in applicable accounts.
- 3.Send collection letters to all delinquent accounts and post appropriate fees.
- 4.Prepare and submit delinquent tenants to eviction attorney.
- 5.Monitor and supervise the progress of eviction attorney action.
- 6.Prepare monthly financial reports reflecting income and expense of the property.
- 7.Maintain the integrity of financial records for the C.P.A. year-end report and tax returns.

- 1.Act to enforce the properties rules and regulations through property inspections, responding to violations notices.
